The Iberian Cultural Heritage Biennial event takes place alternately between Portugal (always itinerant) and Spain (in Valladolid): the 2017 edition, dedicated to the theme of Heritage Management, is the first edition in this new format and is promoted by the Romanesque, co-promoted by the junta of Castile and Leon on the Spanish side and organized by Spira.
The Bienal has the Directorate General of Cultural Heritage and AICEP Portugal Global as institutional partners, as well as the Millennium bcp Foundation as a premium partner, among other varied partnerships and supports. The Iberian Biennial saw the High Sponsorship of the Presidency of the Republic recognized.
Thus, now with an Iberian scale, the Biennial of 2017 will take place in the Historic Center of Amarante, working not only an equipment but the whole historic center of a city: between October 13 and 15 will be gathered about 100 exhibitors, Between Portuguese and Spanish entities, there will be several workshops, debates and an international seminar, as well as all professionals and visitors will be able to enjoy a diversified complementary cultural program directed to the general public, the Families and the young.
