In D. Roberto, in Bragança, it is a matter of preserving regional traditions. The building where it works is rustic, but perfectly recovered, combining to the gastronomic slope a typical tavern and a regional products shop. Worthy of note are the well-prepared kitchen, with familiar origins, and the products used, of organic and local production. For a greater breadth of gastronomy, we suggest the Bísaro pork trilogy, or the partridge rice. Of course, there is also a D. Roberto slice. In the desserts, enjoy the sweet corn with jams or with the quince ice cream with Port Wine.
