Short description: The Cherry Festival, which is held for over 30 years during the month of June, is the biggest event of Alfândega da Fé. It serves to promote the cherry and other products of excellence produced in the area of the municipality. On average, about more than a hundred local producers take part every year in the fair, covering different sectors of activities: drinks, furniture, institutions and services, handicraft and cars.
