Campelo and Ovil Forest Park
The Campelo and Ovil Forest Park is situated on the south bank of river Ovil and it is provided with a physical maintenance circuit, picnic and leisure areas.In this park it is possible to appreciate the oak woods (Quercus pyrenauca and Quercus robur, named in this region as Carvalho and Carvalha respectively) which are acompanied with the European Chestnut (Castanea sativa) in the cooler areas.
