Conde Ferreira Gardens offer a place of tranquillity, unaffected by the presence of the Buçaco cedar tree. The Interactive Shop of Tabuaço is set in the gardens, perfectly blended in the background. It is a very useful area of information, dissemination and for holding various cultural events. Inside the shop, visitors can see the famous "Rijomax", the most comprehensive clock in the world built by a local resident.
This garden is the environmental lung of the city and is worth visiting. Visitors can stroll in the garden, see the trees, feel the smell of wet earth under the authoritarian and watchful eye of the large ouricana tree (Geonoma Spixiana), and find lots of pleasant spots amongst the lime trees, camellias and other trees.
