Identified in the Archaeological Chart of Sernancelhe Municipality as the Dolmen Tapada da Laje, this monument is located chronologically in the recent prehistory, which have been reused for other purposes, and substantially altered its original appearance. It describes the archaeologist "sideways this monument was anchored with fine grain sharpened stone, naturally to be adapdt to new functions (...) but the “ortóstatos” (stone rectangular blocks) remained in the same place."
