The station of Canedo de Basto is integrated in the “Ecopista do Tâmega” built in the deactivated rail way line area. The “Ecopista” was designed to ensure the pedestrian circulation or bicycle circulation. It is a smooth track, accessible for all, with a slightly slope.
These days the Station serves the parish council, realizing there the folklore ranch of Canedo rehearsals weekly.
