The edition of History Festival is dedicated to the maritime tradition of the city, calling to mind King Sebastian and the reasons behind this monarch to assign, by Royal Charter, the title of village Esposende in the distant year 1572. throughout the event, visitors will be invited to travel back Esposende , through historical recreations and all the characteristic surroundings of the time.
Over four days, the animation will be constant, with theatrical performances, actors, extras and street entertainers, music, circus shows, trade stalls, games for children and other attractions.
