The Art Gallery is part of the space of the House of Culture Master José Rodrigues. It is a remarkable architectural work of Alcino Soutinho, inaugurated on the 18th of September 2004 by the Minister of the Cities, Dr. José Luis Arnaut, and it is pioneer in the activity of the council.
In the 29th of June 2010 it was renamed Manuel Cunha Gallery.
This gallery gives the inhabitants of Alfandega da Fé and its visitors the opportunity to enjoy the painting exhibitions, photography, ceramics, sculpture and drawing done by artists from all over the world.
In addition to the exhibitions, there are workshops and other artistic and cultural activities which enrich the cultural offer of the council.
