Located on 3 floors, the “Museu Ibérico da Máscara e do Traje” (Iberian Museum of Mask and Costume), is open to the public all year round and with various festivities, rituals and characters where the mask assumes the primary role of the festivity. In addition to the characters, recreated by 47 displays of “caretos”, the visitors can on the sound of traditional music visualize photographs, festivities and other objects displayed, which help the visitors to experience the atmosphere during the winter time.
