Founded in 2011, The Color Run was the world’s first COLOR 5K and COLOR DASH event designated as a festival who promotes a healthy lifestyle and happiness while being family friendly at the same time.
At each kilometre mark, Color Runners are doused from head to toe in a different colored powder, and, in the middle the track, there is also a foam station. This race is also different from others because it isn’t timed and there is no limit of age to participate. The motto is the happiest 5km on the planet.
This race happens in 35 countries, and already counts 250 editions, and around 6 million participants from all over the world.
