The São João da Madeira Theater Festival is organized by the "Espaço Aberto" Project in partnership with the Municipality of S. João da Madeira and brings together amateur theater groups and professional groups from all over the country.
The event takes place over almost a month and turns the city into a great stage of creativity and performance.
