The Centro de Educação e Sensibilização Ambiental e Rural (CESAR) (Educational and Environmental and Rural Awarenes Center) is situated in the parish of Vila Cova de Carros, in the place of Vila de Cimo, the Aqueduto Golf Course.
Surrounded by a landscape of great interest concerning the environment, geology and heritage, the CESAR's main objectives are to promote the development of protection strategies and cultural heritage enhancement as well as to structure, to guide and to direct a range of activities for different audiences, including school.
In a perspective of awaken the visitor to the different sustainable development strategies in the construction and renewable energy aspects, it is installed in this place an “Eco-Building” with recreational and educational activities.
