The "Chalet of Manuel Rodrigues Alves", constructed from a plant imported from France, followed the good taste from the beginning of the 20th century – New Art. In this Chalet, one may observe the railing and gates of naturalist artists and, in the entry, artistic frescoes throughout the interior. This building was acquired by the Labour Ministry.
