Roman Bridge
An ex-Libris in the Chaves Region. The Ponte Romana (Roman Bridge), also known as Ponte do Trajano, was built between the end of the 1st century and early in the 2nd century. This was one of the major contributions that the Romans left the ancient Aquae Flaviae. It has about a hundred and fifty meters long and a dozen of arches are still visible.
