Cozinha Regioanl Casa de Telões - Resulting from the requalification of a fine secular Farm House, in the main churchyard of the village of Telões, this regional cuisine recreates in detail the traditional meals of the region, highlighting the shredded cod between mashed potatoes (faithfully undone in the old manual strainer), the pork fillet stuffed with dried fruit rice, the duck rice and Cabidela (chicken with rice and a little blood) . Equally sublime are the salads, freshly harvested from the farm garden, and the desserts that highlight the seasonal products (blackberries, cherries, apples, quinces ...).
