The Solar do Souto was born in 1997, resulting of the intense taste manifested by the owners of the restaurant by cuisine.
Started with a catering service and snack bar. Throughout these years we have tried to maintain the regional gastronomy preserving the flavours of our region.
In 2009 it opened a new space of restauration, pizzeria, coffee shop and ice cream parlour.
