From the 1st of August we have in the Interactive Tourism Shop, the service of requesting free bikes, called Gonçalinas. The Gonçalinas are a winning idea of one of the editions of the Young Participatory Budget of Amarante.
What are?
Bicycles are provided by the municipality of Amarante for the benefit of citizens (and tourists) free of charge, subject to rules.
Who can order?
Any citizen over 18 years of age who has the physical and mental capacity to do so. They may be used by citizens under the age of 12, provided they are duly authorized by the legal representative.
Where can you order?
In the Interactive Tourism Store (LIT) (Largo Conselheiro António Cândido - Arquinho). Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
How it works?
The Gonçalinas must be picked up and returned the same day at the Interactive Tourism Store after completing a form with the personal data of the requester and the knowledge of the rules of use of this service.
