The Casa da Cardia dates from the XV century. The main building has a yard with four granite tables, two stone tanks, a fountain, a stable, the farm manager`s house, the mills and de cellars.
More than the architectural value of the property, the most important is to preserve the memory of its owners – Manuel de Sousa Lobo, ennobled in 1730 -, whose story is related with the village history.
