The weekends from 15 January to 15 April are dedicated to the tasting of Lampreia do Minho’s river, a regional delicacy made according to the traditional recipes, to savor in the adherent restaurants.
Take advantage of this opportunity to taste one of the most genuine dishes of the traditional gastronomy, as well as to (re) discover the charms of the county and watch the various cultural and recreational activities - nature and adventure tourism activities, as well as visits to the museological spaces and much more.
Promoted by ADRIMINHO and the six municipalities of Vale do Minho, the "Lampreia do Rio Minho - A Prato de Excelência" is affirmed of the most emblematic dishes of the traditional gastronomy of the Region.
